Vivian Yocum Dies; Formerly Of Altamont
ALTAMONT - Mrs. Vivian Yocum, of Allen Park, Mich. formerly of Altamont, died Saturday at 9 p.m. at Allen Park hospital where she had been a patient for two weeks.
Born in Altamont on May 11, 1902, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Mary Heiden Adermann. She married Leonard Yocum in Altamont in 1923; he survives.
Also survining are a son, Harvey of Detroit, Mich,; daughter, Mrs. Maxine Hakett of Dearborn, Mich.; brothers, Ted Adermann of Mount Pulaski, W.P. Adermann of Altamont; sisters, Mrs. George Smith of Springfield and Mrs. Cecil Bridges of Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandchildren. Her parents, four sister and three brothers preceded in death.
Funeral services will be conducted in Detroit, Mich. this evening and the body will be brought to Kull funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Roy Shelton officiating at Union cemetery in Altamont.
Friends may call at the Kull funeral home after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
